Withdraw / Refund Policy

A 90% refund of cleared payments (10% retained as an administrative fee) applies to withdrawals before Jun 2, 2025.
A 50% refund of cleared payments applies to withdrawals on or after Jun 2, 2025 through Jan 30, 2026, inclusive.
No refund of monies paid for withdrawals made after Jan 30, 2026.
The replacement deadline is Jan 1, 2026.
