Withdraw / Refund Policy

A 90% refund of cleared payments (10% retained as an administrative fee) applies to withdrawals before Jun 1, 2024.
A 50% refund of cleared payments applies to withdrawals on or after Jun 1, 2024 through Sep 25, 2024, inclusive.
No refund of monies paid for withdrawals made after Sep 25, 2024.
The replacement deadline is Oct 11, 2024.
